What actually happens in a dream workshop?
A week before the session
We’ll connect with your team to prepare them for the upcoming workshop. Each participant will gain access to Dreamscope, an innovative AI-powered dream journal designed to enhance dream recall and insight. Additionally, we'll provide practical tips to help employees remember and capture their most meaningful dreams.
During the session
Volunteer Sharing: One employee will volunteer to share a dream, becoming the "dreamer" for the session.
Detailed Dream Description: The dreamer will describe their dream in as much detail as possible. The rest of the group will listen carefully and may ask clarifying questions to ensure everyone fully understands the dream.
Group Reflection and Interpretation: The team will then offer their own reflections and interpretations. They'll try to imagine how they might have felt if they had experienced the dream themselves, offering diverse perspectives.
Dreamer’s Reflection: The dreamer will then reflect on the insights and interpretations shared by the group. They’ll discuss what resonated with them and any new understandings or learnings they gained from the experience.
After the session
We often find that participants experience vivid or meaningful dreams in the days following the workshop. To support this continued exploration, we’ll remain available for 30 days to discuss any new dreams or insights that may arise. This ongoing dialogue helps reinforce the benefits of the workshop and encourages further personal and collective growth.
